The world renowned business school, Hult, offers an executive training campus in Hertfordshire that looks like something out of Harry Potter. True to its appearance… this building is where the magic happens - they deliver 3-7 day transformative and experiential executive education programs that have a long-lasting, positive impact on individuals, organisations and society.

We were introduced to the Hult team after working with sister company Education First. After a training session with the team at Hult themselves, they were sold on our expertise and unique approach to L&D - since then we have become a training partner for the prestigious school.

Our first partnership was during the Sweeco training programme. We were tasked to imbed our techniques into their ‘Connected Leader’ programme.

  • How to have purposeful conversations and understand the impact that we might be having intended or not 

  • How to build high performing teams.

The Goal

The Outcome

We digested the wider learning materials, research and desired outcomes and seamlessly integrated our training into a 4 day series of events. After the successful workshop on ‘Empathy & Impact of Rejection’ for Sweeco, we were immediately tasked with delivering an international training programme for Beazley. 

Hult was providing a UK and US training programme for the company, and The Free Association were able to deliver the same innovation programme on both continents. Using our vast global network of experienced trainers, we arranged an internal flight in the US to ensure the delivery was the same, whilst fitting within budgets and avoiding any logistical nightmares - all while our UK based trainer was delivering the training at the Ashridge location.
